Why is a Concrete Foundation better than block? 

• They're built to last, easier to Waterproof, and can resist more pressure from the water and soil outside the foundation. 

• Poured Concrete Foundations have great lateral strength, and can be customized to be made even stronger with added rebar or fiber-mesh.  

• Unlike a block wall, Poured Concrete Foundations don't have joints that promote water leaks. 

• Poured Concrete Foundations also have a higher Fire safety Rating that cinder block.
